Application:
1.As an important intermediate of sulfonamide synergist and antibacterial synergist TMP;
2.It is used to synthesize antibacterial synergist trimethoprim.
3.3,4,5-Trimethoxybenzaldehyde is used as an intermediate for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals especially for Trimethoprim used to treat various bacterial infections, esp. urinary tract pathogens in combination with sulfamethoxazole.
4.It is used for synthesis of sulfa drugs, antibacterial enhancer TMP and antiepileptic drugs.
The finished product is white to slightly yellow needle-like crystal.
